I was a competitive bodybuilder and a personal trainer over 30 years ago!  After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, I went back to school to earn my Massage Therapy degree from the American Institute for Massage Therapy located in Florida. I became so interested in the mind & body I also earned my certification as a clinical Hypnotherapist.  This was over 30 years ago and my passion glows even brighter now!!!  

 

I view my life's mission to be a servant to my fellow human being and my work allows me to be a healer as well as serve another in a very unique, spiritual and physical way; "What is the mind without the body and what is the body without the mind?"

 

I have abilities and utilize my unique "gifts" to help make the world a better place one person at a time.  I feel very blessed to be aligned & in tune with my life's purpose.
