Sound Bath Experience
The Sound Bath experience consists of 8 Vibrational, Crystal Singing Bowls. Each Singing Bowl corresponds to a Chakra or Energy Vortex within the human body.
During Your Sound Bath Experience, you lie on the massage table while each bowl is activated separately and in conjunction with other vibrational chakra bowls. The Sound Bath Experience is often conducted after your Bodywork session.
The Bowls are combined with occasional instruction from me during the session. I may speak with you in short segments regarding where to place your attention while a particular vibrational bowl corresponding to one of your seven chakra / vortexes is activated. I also may just remind you to Breath Deeply into your lower abdomen. This experience has been called transcending and grounding by my clients. The Eighth Bowl is a high-C; connecting YOU with the Ethereal Realm. We Work, We Flow.
